All levels are welcome in all of our classes. If you are pregnant, please notify your teacher at the start of the class.

Beginners Iyengar Yoga - Active beginners classes for all, learn how to do asanas correctly with alignment and focus. No previous experience necessary.

Flow Yoga - An integrated sequence of intentional movements that create clear awareness of the physical body and a calm, focused mind. A joyful and creative expression in which to find one’s unique rhythm and reconnect to a natural state of peace and contentment through the body and the life-pulse of the breath.

Feel the Bliss - A gentle, restorative practice geared towards opening, refreshing and nourishing ourselves through gentle flows, yin held postures, breath and meditation.  Join us as we discard mid-week stress and embrace the bliss, nurturing body, heart, mind and spirit.

Hatha Yoga - A practice focusing on traditional series of postures to strengthen and align the body and quiet the mind

Iyengar Yoga - This form of yoga is characterised by great attention to detail and precise focus on body alignment. It emphasises the development of strength, stamina, flexibility and balance, as well as concentration.  The use of self designed props such as wooden blocks, belts, ropes helps the
practitioner to achieve perfection in all the postures.

Mindful Meditation - Enter the quiet space inside. This class serves as a space for the practice of mindful meditation. No experience is required. By appointment only.

Wild Harmony Yoga - Stuart's Wild Harmony Yoga classes present a carefully considered fusion of safely accessible and subtle healing hatha and vinyasa with progressively stronger challenges drawn from both ancient and modern yoga. Long strong seemingly static standing and balancing poses merge with mindful meditation, playful pranayama, yogic philosophy, modern science and deep relaxation.

Tai Chi - Tai chi is a centuries-old Chinese martial art that descends from qigong, an ancient Chinese discipline that has its roots in traditional Chinese medicine. Slow, rhythmic, and meditative body movements designed to enhance relaxation, inner calm, and peace
