Beginners Iyengar Yoga - Active beginners classes for all, learn how to do asanas correctly with alignment and focus. No previous experience necessary.

Iyengar Yoga - This form of yoga is characterised by great attention to detail and precise focus on body alignment. It emphasises the development of strength, stamina, flexibility and balance, as well as concentration. The use of self designed props such as wooden blocks, belts, ropes helps the
practitioner to achieve perfection in all the postures.
