Yoga Fusion (Debbie) Toning and strength with flexibility, finished off with a blissful guided relaxation — all levels welcome. Debbie's style blends yoga with Pilates and other toning work to build strength and flexibility over time.

Peace Meditation (Kevin) Please note: no credit is charged for this class — a cash donation is welcomed in the studio, pay what you can. A weekly meditation practice rooted in The Pacemakers Project, cultivating peace of mind, care in the heart and purposeful action. Open to all, no previous meditation experience required.
